Three's & Four's

We use "Bible & Me" from Lifeway's Family Bible Study series for our Sunday School literature.  The focus of this literature is bringing church families together around a common understanding of one faith—one that even the youngest child can understand.

Kindergarten & 1st Grade

           

                                     

We study from Lifeway's "1st & 2nd Graders" learner guide in the Family Bible Study series.  This helps transition children from their preschool years to their preteen years.  Our class attendance averages from 3 to 7 each week.  The teaching format consists of discussion and interactive participation.

2nd & 3rd Grade

We study from Lifeway Resource's "3rd & 4th Graders" learner guide in the Family Bible Study series.  Our class averages about 7 students per week, and the teaching format is a combination of lecture and discussion.  Our mission statement is:  Growing in Christ and sharing His love.

4th & 5th Grade (Pre-Teens)

We use the "Pre Teen" learner guide from Lifeway's Family Bible Study series.  We have an average class size of about 6 each week.  The teaching format consists of both lecture and discussion as well as interactive activities.  Our mission statement is:  Admit, Believe, Confess-To know God on a personal level and to serve him.

Youth Sunday School

6th-8th Grade

Our Sunday School literature is Lifeway's "Younger Youth" learner guide from the Family Bible Study series.  This is a co-ed class of youth between the ages of 12 and 14, and we have an average class attendance of 6 to 10 each week.  We engage in a combination of lecture and discussion.  Our mission statement is:  Improving our walk with Christ through Bible study.

9th-12th Grade

Our Sunday School literature is Lifeway's "Older Youth" learner guide from the Family Bible Study series.

College & Career

This is a co-ed class designed for college-aged young adults.  We use the Collegiate learner guide from the Family Bible Study series from Lifeway.  The teaching format is a combination of lecture and discussion.  Our average class size is 2 to 5.

Twenty & Thirty-Somethings

Our Sunday School literature is Lifeway's "Life Truths" learner guide from the Family Bible Study series.  We have an average class attendance of 15, and the teaching format involves a combination of lecture and discussion and is very interactive.  We have a class president, class secretary, and an outreach/care leader.  Our co-ed group periodically gets together outside of class to enjoy fellowship with one another.  Our mission statement is:  To be a light that shines.

Co-Ed II

This is a co-ed class of middle adults who meet each week to study the Bible using Lifeway's "Life Truths" from the Family Bible Study series.  We engage in an interactive style of study and usually have a class size of 13 to 15 each week.  We also get together periodically outside of class to fellowship.  Our mission statement is:  To share life experiences as they relate to Biblical Truths.

Ladies Class of Rebekah

We are a group of middle adult ladies who meet each week to study God's word through a combination of lecture and discussion.  We use Life Truths from Lifeway's Family Bible Study series.  We sometimes fellowship together outside of class, and we also have a class president and class secretary.  Our mission:  Still growing and reaching out.

Men's Fellowship

This group of middle adult men meets each week to study the Bible using Lifeway's "Life Truths" learner guide from the Family Bible Study series.  Our class attendance averages 12 each week, and we have a class president and class secretary.  The teaching format is a combination of lecture and discussion.  We enjoy fellowshipping with one another outside class as well.  Our mission statement is: All about fellowship and service.

Co-Ed III

 

We are a middle and senior adult co-ed group.  Our average class size is 12 and we periodically get together outside of class.  We use Lifeway's Life Ventures from the Family Bible Study series in our studies.  The general teaching format for our class is a combination of lecture and discussion.  We have a class president, secretary, and treasurer. 

 

Our mission statement is:  Embracing the Spirit of the Living God, our faith and hope is to reveal Jesus and to share Him with others.

Ladies Class of Ruth

This class of senior adult ladies meets each week to study the Bible using "Life Ventures" from Lifeway's Family Bible Study series.  We also enjoy getting together outside of class.  The class size averages 12 to 15 each week, and the teaching format is a combination of lecture and discussion.  We have a class president and a class secretary.  Our mission statement is:  Put our spirit value on the things of God and not on material values.

Ladies Sallie Lillington Class

This group of senior adult women meets each week in a class that averages 12, and uses Lifeway's "Life Ventures" learner guide from the Family Bible Study series.  The teaching format is generally a combination of lecture and discussion.  We have a class president and a class secretary.  We also have an outreach/care leader and a social and food committee.  We enjoy fellowship together outside of class.  Our mission statement is:  To use our years of Christian experience to build the Kingdom of God.

Men's Andrew Class

This is a group of senior adult men whose average class attendance is 10 each week.  We use "Life Ventures" from Lifeway's Family Bible Study series to study the Bible together.  The teaching format is a combination of lecture and discussion.  We have a class president and a class secretary.  Our mission statement is:  A pilgrimage with Christ.
